Residential Structure

The Residential Structure Prop is a furnished single-wide mobile home. This prop can be used for learning activities including, but not limited to:
- Force on Force training
- Building searches for person, contraband and hazardous materials
- Fire and EMS Medical Aid and Rescue response
- Tactical Operations Training
Artificial/theatrical (mineral based) smoke producing dispersion devices may be used in or around this prop, with the following limitations:
When the weather conditions and dispersion volume is such that dissipation fails to occur before: A) Reaching the Administration Building or Emergency Operations Center, and/or B)Reaching the area where another training activity is occurring or C) Reaching the Center property line with the potential to affect vehicular traffic and/or adjacent neighborhoods.
The Residential Structure Prop is a “no-burn” prop K-9’s may enter and traverse the carpeted surfaces of the prop for training purposes, but should not be allowed on furnishings due to hygiene concerns and potential damage. Mechanical and/or manual breaching of doors and windows is prohibited.
